RECIPROCAL LISTINGS

  1. Fill out the NYS Alliance data input form.  All required (®) and highlighted fields must be filled in.  Listings will NOT upload to Matrix without all required information.  Town/County, School, and Village taxes must be separate, with no exemptions.  Include listing agent’s full name, designation, cell phone and email.  Please type agent remarks and directions in an email with other listing information to be copied and pasted.
  2. Email the MLS Data form, MLS Photo Certification, up to 50 .jpg photos (minimum 1024x768 pixels), and a Letter of Good Standing from your board, to [email protected].  Property Condition Disclosure, Lead Based Paint Disclosure and Delayed Showing must be sent as separate files.  Your listing will appear on www.cortlandmls.com and www.cnyrealtor.com. 
  3. Please refer to the MLS# in searching for your listing, and in all communications with the board office.
  4. The Cortland Board Office must be notified, using the Change Form, within 48 hrs. of changes (i.e. status, price, taxes, etc.).
  5. An invoice for $64.00 will be emailed.  Payment may be made on our online billing system, or a check, payable to Cortland MLS may be mailed. When your listing is active, a copy will be emailed to you.
