Cortland County Board of REALTORS® Installs 2026 Board of Directors and Officers
The Cortland Country Club hosted the Cortland County Board of REALTORS® Installation Dinner on November 7, 2025. Susan Sherman Broyles, Yaman Real Estate, was installed as the incoming President by Tracy Koenig, Yaman Real Estate. 2025 President Sean Mack, Hartnett Realty Solutions, installed John Aspinwall, Hage Real Estate, as President-Elect, Dana Decker, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Heritage Realty, as Treasurer, Nicole McRae, Yaman Real Estate, Joan Mones, Howard Hanna, and Timothy Alger, Yaman Real Estate, as Directors, and Kristopher Buchan, Tompkins Cortland Real Estate, as NYSAR Director.
Sue is looking forward to her year as CCBR’s President, stating, “Tonight is an excellent opportunity to revisit our mission: to uphold professionalism, reaffirm our commitment to ethical practices, and motivate ourselves to strengthen our businesses.” Her areas of focus are participation, leadership development, community outreach, and a bigger presence on social media pages, including members and affiliates.
Cortland County Board of Realtors® and its Affiliate membership take pride in supporting our community. Sean Mack highlighted CCBR’s community involvement, including Community Hero and Realtor Good Neighbor awards, a yard cleanup project at the Center for the Arts, fundraising at the CCBR Golf Outing for CAPCO’s Snackpacks for Kids program and Loaves and Fishes backpack program. REALTORS® and Affiliate Members will be holding a food and toy drive at their Holiday Gathering in December.
