Welcome to the Cortland County Board of REALTORS® website and Multiple Listing Service!

Cortland County Board of REALTORS is a REALTOR association that provides membership services for Cortland County and surrounding area REALTORS to enhance their professionalism and success in the Cortland County, and surrounding area marketplaces.

Cortland County is located in the heart of Central New York between Syracuse, Binghamton and Ithaca and is the gateway to the beautiful Finger Lakes Region.  Situated on a plain formed by the convergence of seven valleys, Cortland has long been known as the “Crown City.”  Its elevation of approximately 1,130 feet above sea level makes it the uppermost city to crown the state.

Interstate 81, which runs from the Canadian border south to Virginia, has several ramp connections in Cortland County, and there is nearby access to I-90, I-88 and NYS Routes 17 and 11.  Cortland is also served by 3 regional airports:  Hancock International in Syracuse is 35 miles to the North; Broome County Airport in Binghamton is 35 miles to the South and Tompkins County Regional Airport in Ithaca is a short 15 miles to the West.

This area enjoys four full seasons with temperatures averaging around 30 degrees in the winter and 78 degrees in the summer.  From spring to summer and fall to winter residents and visitors can make the most of what Mother Nature has to offer including boating, fishing, golf, hunting, hiking and biking.  Take advantage of top shelf skiing at one of 3 local resorts, and in the fall tour the area wineries along the lakes while enjoying the incredible fall foliage.  Cortland County is fast earning a reputation as a premier venue for athletic events with its superior sports facilities here and in the surrounding areas.  Think SUNY Cortland and think New York Jets!

For decades the real estate market in Cortland has remained stable, offering affordable housing as well as excellent schools, universities, churches and a wholesome lifestyle supported through manufacturing, farming, agribusiness and education.

On behalf of all our members and affiliates we welcome you to the Cortland County Multiple Listing Service.  We invite you to use this service to help you with all your Real Estate needs.
